Thoroughly enjoyed its very very nice staff.
The rooms were excellent with required things, like central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was nice.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The soft colors and vintage furniture gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and always kept clean and tidy. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the property without any difficulties.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive and helpful staff. The children working there seemed a bit disinterested and lacking in customer service skills.

Location: Hotel is situated in the city centre, very convenient since it is close to the port.
-Breakfast service. -our room was at the ground floor facing the street and it was a bit too noisy. I would reccomend to book a room at level 2 where they have terrace as well.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a charming island location. The hotel was a great value for the price, offering comfortable rooms with a lovely table and parasol outside. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring fresh towels and providing a view of the bustling streets. The central location made it easy to explore the city center and enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants. The breakfast provided a pleasant start to each day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

I keep coming back because this place is perfect for me. The staff even helped me find local delivery. They have everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, and more. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

This hotel's location is perfect! It's near to everything and close to the port, making it a great base for exploring the island. Rooms are big enough and very clean. the efficient air-con and good wi-fi are a plus. the staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is underwhelming, with bad choices of food and poor service.

Had a pleasant Easter stay in this centrally located hotel. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the clean rooms with air conditioning. the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The rooms are quite small and the bed was not the most comfortable. the noise level from nearby restaurants and bars made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Aegusa Hotel in the heart of the charming pedestrianised old town, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. the staff, including Andrea who spoke fluent English and French, were incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our travel plans. the boutique hotel has a modern and trendy yet relaxed ambiance, with beautifully renovated rooms that showcase local Sicilian flare. Despite booking a small room due to our late reservation, we found it comfortable with a clean bathroom and functioning AC. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and the option to rent bikes for exploring the island. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.
